Potato pancakes with cream

The potato pancakes, also called potato balls, are a type of food which can be served both as a side dish and as a dessert.

For a dessert we need 2-3 large potatoes, peeled and grated, 3 spoons of cream, salt powder, a spoon of flour and one of sugar.

The potatoes are well stirred along with an egg, a spoon of cream, the flour and the sugar, thereby forming soft dough from which the potato pancakes are shaped. The dough is then fried in girded oil. After getting nice and brown on both sides, they are taken out and placed on dried napkins, so that the excess oil is removed. They are served hot, along with cream and sugar. The knowledgeable people agree that a glass of wild strawberry liquor does wonders for the digestion.
